The Little Couple adopt a baby girl from India...just two months after welcoming William, three, from China

They announced in March that they had adopted a three-year-old boy from China after a surrogate miscarried their baby.

And it appears Jennifer Arnold, 39, and Bill Klein, 38, aren't wasting any time building a family.

Barely
two months after adopting William, the stars of TLC's The Little Couple
have now adopted a 19-month-old girl from India, who has a form of
dwarfism like her parents and older brother-to-be, according to
People.

Although the little girl - who
they have named Zoey - is officially their daughter, the reality couple
is still waiting to receive the final papers so they can bring her home
to Houston, Texas.

'We're
so delighted that Zoey will be joining our family and that William will
have a little sister coming home very soon,' Jennifer and Bill told
People.

The couple chose to adopt a child with dwarfism due to their own experience with special needs.

'We've
dealt with prejudice and many challenges,' said Jennifer. 'I feel very
lucky and fortunate that I have the wonderful life I have.'

In a clip from Tuesday night's episode, Jennifer and Bill are seen learning about Zoey for the first time.

'Our hearts just wanted to give her a big hug and a kiss', said Jennifer after seeing pictures of her.

'Just
adopting William alone is a lot of change, and now the fact that we're
considering adopting another little girl at the same time, it's gonna be
crazy,' she added.

The couple's desire to start a family has formed the main plot line of their show, which has so far spanned five seasons.

Adopting two children in rapid succession is something they say they are prepared for.

'I wanted us to be parents before we were too old to enjoy being parents,' Jennifer told People.

The couple decided to adopt
after Jennifer's skeletal dysplasia, a bone-growth disorder, meant
pregnancy was not advised for the 3ft 2in doctor.

Instead, her eggs were harvested and a surrogate found who was happy to carry the child.

But the plan ended tragically when their baby died in the early stages of pregnancy.

Jennifer, a neonatologist at Texas Children's Hospital, was devastated after learning the bad news while at work.

'I cried my eyes out,' she told People at the time.

'I
deal with families who lose their babies and I will cry with them, but I
thought I would be stronger. Nothing can completely prepare for all
that when it is about you.'

Complicating their journey to
parenthood was their genetic condition. Because both parents have the
gene for skeletal dysplasia, if they both passed it on the condition it
would prove lethal.

If
the baby inherited a copy of the gene from just one parent it would
have dwarfism, and if it inherited neither of the genes it would be grow
at a normal rate.

Following
the miscarriage the couple decided to look into adopting a child with
special needs - leading them to William and now Zooey.
