Jennifer Garner's daughter Violet already has quite a doll collection, but it seems there's always room for more.
Jennifer, 41, and her happy seven-year-old headed to the American Girl store at The Grove in Los Angeles.Violet was in heaven to be able to roam at will within the popular store - a virtual dream house for doll lovers such as herself.
Later the spirited tot emerged with her mother while clutching a new light-brown haired doll in a bright blue frock and brown boots.Jennifer also generously bought clothes and other accessories for Violet's newest friend.The pair were in fact having so much fun shopping at the girl-friendly shop that lunchtime came around awfully fast.

So to save time quick-thinking Jennifer stopped by an Italian eatery and picked up a medium-sized pizza and other entrees.Jennifer and Violet were so thirsty after their spree that they couldn't resist sipping on their cold drinks on the way to the valet park. Violet looked so cute in her fuchsia cardigan and yellow pinafore dress, which were matched with comfy pink, grey and white Velcro-strap trainers.

And just like her newest doll, Jennifer's eldest child wore her light brown hair in a braid down her back.Violet sported tinted spectacles and seemed anxious to get home so she could re-style her pretty, petite pal in her new dresses and things.Jennifer, who is on a break from shooting her new movie, looked classy and casual in jeans, white top and grey blazer, which she paired with beige suede ankle boots.The star has been on location in Ohio filming Draft Day which tells the story of a manager of an American football team who fights to acquire the number one draft pick.

Jennifer, who plays Ali in the flick, stars along side Kevin Costner and Joe Manganiello.The A-lister put her career on hold while Ben purses his creative passions - including directing Academy Award winning Argo.However, the star recently told The Telegraph summer was her time to get back in front of the camera.'I definitely work less because Ben is so busy but we have three kids, that's just part of the deal. I want to be a mum,' Jennifer revealed.'Ben's always saying, ''You need to work, it's a part of you and you're a different person when you're working.'' I've reserved this summer [for work]. It's mine.'
